Highly dynamic rotary stage

The smallest stage in the Steinmeyer Mechatronik product range provides high dynamics and speed. The DT65 is equipped with a piezo drive which enables very small step sizes.

Motion controller FMC 400

For the DT65 our motion controller of the FMC 400 series is used. As an option the rotary stage is available with acentral aperture.

Ideal for demanding environments

In the vacuum and non-magnetic version, the DT65 is perfect for applications in challenging environments. It is, therefore, particularly suitable for research and development and experimental physics.
