Scanning stage for highly dynamic applications

This compact XY stage was specially designed as a fast scanning stage for various measurement applications. It combines high stiffness with excellent performance, while the integrated linear motors ensure high dynamics.

This KT series is available in three sizes, each with different travels: up to 110 mm (KT230), 210 mm (KT305) and 320 mm (KT405) in X and Y direction.

Extremely fast with high resolution and accuracy

  • Ideal for scanning applications in metrology and microscopy
  • High-precision repeatability up to 0.3 µm
  • High speeds up to 150 mm/s
  • PositionSave function secures the exact position of the stages,  when the motors are „off“
