High-precision sample loading in automation

This linear positioning stage allows high-precision sample loading in the submicrometer range. It is especially suitable for applications for travels up to 150 mm in a very limited installation space of 250 mm, where the load can be distributed differently. By optimizing the drive concept and adjusting the preload, transmission errors on transmission elements can be reduced to a minimum, despite the small installation space.
