XYZ laboratory gantry system with interchangeable modules

The modular positioning system consists a base frame, mounted mechanics, housing, safety concept with motion control and provides a closed system. The gantry can move up to two customer-specific, interchangeable process heads up to 10 kg on the Z-axes above the microplate carrier. The XY motions are highly dynamic. The interchangeable modules on the Z-axes allow high-precision positioning in the sub-micrometer range. All components can be customized and extended.
