High-precision analysis of cell growth in the µm range

For use in optical observation of minute changes in the micrometer range, the design of a high-precision linear axis is adapted to the customer's application. By precisely moving a camera and holding positions, an optical image recognition system can measure minute changes and provide feedback to other integrated systems.

  • Measurement of growth rates in the submicrometer range with 0.8 µm through the smallest positioning increments
  • High-resolution visual documentation of minimal cell changes due to absolute stability
  • Absolutely consistent quality at high throughput up to 50 mm/s due to the extremely robust and durable design
  • Very long lifetime and cost-optimized design due to stepper motor in microstepping mode
Optionally expandable:
  • Customizable for further travels and various test objects
  • Configurable for clean room ISO 14644-1 (up to class 1 on request)
  • Different motor variants: DC motor or stepper motor
  • Optional with pre-configured controller incl. exemplary software for immediate use
