High-precision, flexible and mobile inspection

This stand is used for digital microscopes to inspect cylindrical shapes e.g. rollers and light, large and highly sensitive specimens. The stand is placed together with the microscope on the roller or samples to be inspected. Rubber rings on the rollers protect the surface of the roller to be examined. The rollers are braked in their bearings. This results in a stable position, which can also be corrected on the circumference.

 

Flexibly adaptable to your microscope and for different samples

  • Ideal for manual, mobile and inexpensive inspection of large samples
  • Allows flexible inspection of rollers of different diameters and large, delicate straight specimens
  • Especially lightweight and stable for inspection of large, thin sheets as well as glass substrates e.g. solar panels
  • Infinite horizontal travel due to rollers with vertical adjustment range of 60 mm for the microscope

  • Expandable with dovetail interface
  • Attachment kit (rollers) to adjust the working distance of different objective types
  • Additional rollers inside for measurement for smaller diameter rollers
  • Adjuster for X-Y offset
  • Can be combined with motorized Z-lifting
