Modular, scalable XYZ Gantry System

The modular positioning system includes a base frame, mounted mechanics, safety concept with motion control and provides a self-contained system. The gantry moves up to two customized, exchangeable processing heads up to 10 kg on the Z stage across the sample for parallel XY-2Z overhead processing. The XY motions are highly dynamic and the Z adjustment works with high precision in the submicrometer range. All components and subsystems are adaptable and expandable.
