Ultra-precise measurement of large and high parts
This XYZ positioning system is suitable for high-precision measurement of large and high samples over 450 x 1000 x 1000 mm. It is set up at ground level to allow loading with lift trucks.A custom microscope, camera or sensor can be attached to the Z-axis to measure the sample with an XYZ overhead movement. This enables high-resolution imaging in the nanometer range as well as numerous measurement functions for 2D and 3D imaging.
