Gantries
Gantries are especially suited to cover large areas over stationary objects. In a gantry a traverse is positioned on two electronically synchronized liner stages. Using a so called H-gantry with air foot the best values in accuracy, flatness, straightness, roll, pitch an jaw can be achieved. Those systems are considered the highest level positioning systems available.
