High-precision 3-axis system for short travels

This XYZ combination consists of the high-precision and durable standard linear axes of the PMT160 which are mounted with an adapter bracket on a KLT310 xy stage. This allows positioning along three linear axes. This combination is suitable for all applications that require perfect flatness, the smallest tolerances for pitch and yaw, and smooth running. The XYZ system is ready to use with controller and operates with reliable parameters.
